Hello! The hall of professions does not receive points for completing state tasks that allow you to open card slots. if the task is completed, the system report is received, but no points are received. Why? Who or what does it depend on? Please give an explanation.
After completing the province / state tasks in the Class Hall you gain Exp for your class. Go to the Class Hall building (Hall of professions) and select the Class Manual option. Here you will see your Exp listed and any 'Points' that you have unlocked. Adding Exp will slowly raise your Class level and points will be unlocked when you reach each new level.
Use the points here to unlock cards. Then tap the 'Card Use' tab at the top to select and activate the cards that you want to use.
