What to do to my specialty points after RoC ended in rise of empires?

You do not need to do anything to the points. They will remain and be in the same setting when the next RoC event starts. When the event is on you can reset the points with a Specialty Reset items to change them to different buffs and skills.

Keep earning honor during each event to increase the number of points you have and open more buffs and skills.
