Hi.. How many immigration ticket required to move to another state?

For the Province immigration event you cannot move to any state. If you tap on the event you will see a lit of states that are open to you. The number of tickets will vary, it depends on your own immigration power (this is show on the event screen) and the level of the province you are moving to. You can 'Go to' any of the provinces listed and tap on a location to select the Province immigration option and it will tell you the number of ticket items needed to move there. This can change over time as your power changes.
