When you help alliance members, what actually happens?

It will depend on the level of the alliance research and the level of the recipients alliance hall building. This will affect the number of helps that they can receive and amount of time that it taken off of their current activity. Help can be requested for building upgrades and research.

When you request help for your own activity you will see a notification on the screen when another player helps you.

If my allaince is low on technology and I annex a upper level alliance will the lower level alliance will annexes or the alliance will lower technolgy will be gone and upper lvl technology wilo remain..
