Can anyone tell me why my available tile territory count in reign of chaos has suddenly decreased by 10 overnight?

Did you purchase the Imperial Investment Package for the RoC event? This gives you a temporary boost of 10 plots while the benefit lasts, but it only runs for 1 week. When it runs out you will lose access to the 10 extra territory plots.You also lose the other benefits.
