Can't recommend buying a game, but if you do decide to then you must make sure you can take control of the account it is bound to. If its not yet bound to an IM30 account then you can bind it to one using your own email address. If it's already bound to another email address and you do not control the email address then the original owner can reset the password and log back in at any time.
