What is the function of represent in alliance tab?

If you have unlocked and activated any alliance cards through your class national quests and in the class manual then you can place yourself as an alliance representative in the Alliance 'Represent' option. The buff that the card gives will then help the whole alliance.

Each alliance can have 5 representatives of each class, the alliance should pick whoever has the best perks unlocked through the cards gained.
