I was tricked into “binding” my game with another person in my alliance & now if I am able to get on my game, they eventually kick me back off when they sign on again. Is there any support I can contact about this?
There is a support option in the game (you may need to start a new game to use this). You can also try to contact the game developers / support outside the game.

If you have control of the email address used to bind the game then you can reset the password for it. To do this go to the settings menu (from a new game). Select the account option, then the 'Switch account' option. Select IM30 account, then the option to 'Add account'. This is the log in screen for accounts, Choose Reset Password and then enter the IM30 account email address.
