Hi, I lost my account. After reinstall my old game got lost. Someone please suggest?

If you bound the game previously then you can start a new game and play though until you can access the menu, then log in with your old game details to load your old progress.

If you did not bind the game then the only option is to contact the game support to help you. The best way to do this is to start a new game and when you can access the menu do to the Settings and then Account option. Look for the link to 'Retrieve lost account'. This will let you send your old game details to the game support. Hopefully they can help you.
