I built a castle level 9 farm & for the class i picked "Craftsman". I'm trying to get the blue hero Craftsman: Chuck but no luck. Will he show up after castle level 10?

Apart from a couple of heroes that appear for you as you start the game all others need to be obtained through recruitment in the Bar. You should eventually get this hero, although the development heroes are rare drops.
