I have castle level 11 state 159, I want to teleport to state 162 but I can't what I need to do?

To teleport, you just need a teleport item from the store or as a reward. This is a temporary move though. If you want to change state permanently then you need now need to use the province immigration event. This may not yet be open in your state yet. Check in the events list to see if it is available yet, and if it is you can tap on it to see which provinces you can move to. It will also cost money to buy the immigration permits that you need.

You wouldn't teleport to another state unless the migration system is on.

and for new account from new state teleport to older state need your castle is level 6 and below.

If your building a farm castle for your main castle you need to teleport for free at castle level 5 to any state. Delete your level 11 castle in state 159 then start a new castle. " DO NOT GO PAST LEVEL 5 CASTLE!" Then teleport to state 162 or you have to use the province immigration event & spend real $$$.
