The immigration power is derived from your building, research, troops and hero powers. Of these the only things you can reduce are your number of troops or your hero power by splitting and deleting heroes.

Troop power will be easy to recover afterwards, but it will take sometime to recover any lost heroes. It's not certain how much this will actually reduce your immigration power.

PLZ! Answer for question! I want to migrate another province. My rating of migration now is 11. I got it just day ago. To make it at least 10.9 i deleted 3 full orange heroes. Nothing change in rating! Still 11 Why? I'm not ready to pay 100$ just for one ticket. I had 4 from 5 tickets. Now i need to wait one month to get 6 without development. I better abandon the game because it's written "Decrease heroes power" to decreate migration rating. Done! What's wrong????

Your migration rating can’t be lowered. It wil count the highest what you made before.
