How do you get the extra troops without having 3rd hero?

How do you get the extra troops without having 3rd hero? I see some people have 7000 or more and I only have 700.

Upgrade ur heroes first skill and upgrade training grounds.

The amount of troops (Single Army Max) depends on:

+ Building level of Training Grounds (Class, Footmen, Archers and Cavalry)

+ Skills 1 and 8 of your heroes (skill 8 adds a plus to the above).

If no hero in row = only the lvl. of buildings above mentioned.
