The Hulk Answered:

Dragons need 3 buildings:

+ Dragon Shout Temple (Holds/produce all the dragon shouts u have)

+ Dragon Slayer (for defend you from dragon shout attacks)

+ Black Dragon Lair (reduce enemies fortification)

You have to build them (in castle tap on build Icon on right lower corner, select from Build-menu "Shouts" and place them).

BUT THIS YOU WILL FIRST TIME BE ABLE TO WHEN YOU REACH CASTLE LEVEL 19!
