After being defeated, Isabel tells me that an ally helped me. Need to tap on resources to salvage them..

After being defeated, Isabel tells me that an ally helped me. Need to tap on resources to salvage them, but tapping is obstructed by Wall, and I cannot go further: this prevents me from doing anything on game. Any tip?
