Build your road up to the wall. Leave an open space for the gate. When you try to build a wall, it will give you an option for the gate.

The wall needs to already be in place. Once the road is adjacent to the wall, you tap on the section of wall to be changed to a gate. You will then be given an option to build a gate. There are a limited number of gates that you can build. For me it is 10 at level 16.Guest Answered:
Build your wall, even where you want the gate. Once the wall is built then tap on, or touch but don't hold the section of the wall that you want to make into a gate. The option should pop up. Remember that you only have a limited number of gates that you can create.

Not sure what you mean here. There is no gate option to build in the city.

You can only have 5 gates. How do you move them to different locations? Guest Replied
I am allowed 16 gates at C24 level.Build a path close to the wall.
Just tap on the centre of the wall section and you will get an option to remove the wall and if you do not already have the maximum gates ) castle level dependent) you will get the option to build the gate self aligned with the path.
