I'm trying to place an Iron Mine on my ground and it won't let me set it?

Iron ore lies outside my walls. How do i build iron mine outside the walls. Or how do i bring iron inside my city walls.

I also have the same problem. It shows me i can have 2 iron mines...but wont let me place it anywhere

Same problem, I can unlock the iorn mine, but only if I upgrade my castle to level 5, only one problem I need iorn........

I’m at level 5. I’m wondering if this is where we have to start paying?

I have a similar problem.
My castle is Level 15 and I have a 5th iron mine to add but cannot place it as the location remains "red"
I have resources and everything yet it won't allow placement.
I also moved another mine into that position to test it and it proves the position is not wrong.
Please help!

The resource areas in your city are limited to only 4 production buildings each. There will be 3 total resource areas for each production type around but you may need to expand your city to find them. Have a look around for another 'iron deposit' to place the fifth building at.
