The answer for all 4 is the same.
You can buy them when doing the related upgrade by tappping on the 'Get more' button to the right of the item in the list.
You can also buy them in advance in the item store (Item bag icon -> Store tab) although there is less choice on quantity.
In both cases they cost gems.
You can also find them for exchange in the Trading House (balloon float building) but randomly. You will need to check each day to see if any are available. Here you can exchange for resources.
