My dragon stuck at level 20. How can I get power of belief?

The developers have not created anything above level 20. If you look at the dragon it will say 20 of 20. I think we are waiting on future updates.

Major bug. Can't feed a maxed dragon, you lose all the free 5 minute speed ups.

You need to keep exploring that use the whole stamina once you get 2/2 it give you power of belief.. That is how I got.. And now I am in 28 level

How to explore..: is it by the dragon it self, because the explore option is also not working
