When I try to teleport using alliance teleport, it doesnt alot me an area and when I try to teleport even beside my alliance leader(r4) it says can only move near leaders or in alliance territory. Can someone help please.?

That is ok. You cannot choose location with "alliance teleport" spell. You can only teleport to a random plate "near the alliance". If you want to choose the location, you need "advanced teleport".
