How to get dual blades hero?

Like other heroes Dual blades is recruited using tickets in the Bar. Orange heroes are rare and recruitment is a random process but using the Super Recruitment tickets gives you the best chance. Earn as many of these as you can.

There was at one time an offer when you started a new game to get Dual blades immediately if you bought a package. This may have been a limited offer.

You can also choose to pay for the Heroes Development Plan package. This is a 30 day package that gives hero related items. One of which is the choice of one of a set of orange heroes, including Dual Blades.
