What are the factors that can reduce the amount of morale lost when fighting monsters?

Each march you make will use up a certain amount of the morale (also known as stamina). The amount used will depend on what you are marching to.

In general attacking normal monsters uses 10, gathering also uses 10, rallying savage giants uses 20, sieging / raiding others players uses 5. When you select a legion to make an attack it will say at the bottom of the screen the consumption of resources and morale that will be used.
