Alliance ranks are set by the leaders (R5 and also R4 members can promote people). Either you will need to show that you are a good player, useful etc and a good leader

should recognise this. Or you can simply ask in the chat what requirements they have for promoting you.

Ahh, i mean, The the Alliance level, the small red box comes in alliance info, has value lvl1, but some has lvl4 etc for their alliances, how to increase that

Ah, the box / level is the gift level of the alliance. When alliance members buy packages all members get small gifts, when these are opened it adds a small amount to the alliance gift level. The higher the level get the better the gifts get.
