You can exchange a fixed number of hero medals to wisdom medals each day in the Arena. These don't stack though so if you don't exchange them during the day then you miss the chance. The amount you can exchange will depend on the level of the arena building so when you upgrade it you will be able to exchange more each day.

Trying to exchange I find that the system will let me change 1 medal type while my fixed number is 7 or even more and while I have a bank of medals to change. I have to access each of them to find which could be exchanged. I'm pretty shure that something in the app is faulty in that regard. 0 0 REPORT
