I dismissed troops from medical tent without healing.... they are gone from the queue of healing......

I dismissed troops from medical tent without healing.... they are gone from the queue of healing.... but my combat/troops power was not reduced?
And consume rate is still the same..... can u explain this?

When troops are wounded they go into the medical tents and are removed then from your power and do not consume resources while in there. If you heal them then they will return to duty and your power will go back up.
Dismissing them removes them permanently, they are gone so will not affect your power at all. You would need to train more troops if you need more power.
