How to you hide details about your castle from outside scouts?

There is an item you can buy called Anti-Scout. This will stop them getting any information. These can be bought with gems and activated by tapping on your castle and choosing the 'Town buffs' option. They last either 24 hours or 7 days.

If you use protection shields you can't be scouted either (while they are active).
