About Reign of Chaos specialty points:

I currently placed 20 points on blue tree left top. If I reset my points, will I retain the three processing queues? I badly need resources but I also need to gain loyalty and honor exp.

If you drop the points from the left side of blue that unlock the processing queues then you will lose these. Any processing in progress will continue but one its has completed then you will not be able to add more to the extra queues.
