VIP points can only be spent in the VIP shop. This needs to be unlocked by buying VIP badges and can only be built once you reach Castle level 20.

I spent a lot of gems on VIP pts but I didnt habe the Shop yet. My castle is still lvl 8. Are all my gems lost now or will I get those pts later when I've finally built my VIP shop?.
