I am getting this error while changing state "you can't move city here try another location". I am trying a gem based teleport, and currently under shield, and I want to move from state 119 to 80.

This may be a glitch when teleporting. Sometimes there is something blocking you from porting to a certain location but it hasn't shown up on your display of the map yet. Try restarting the app and trying again.

This is for temporarily teleporting to a different state though. If you are trying to change state permanently you need to use a different option. Just in case that's what you are trying to do.

I am getting the same error using a newbie teleport. I'm trying to get to the state I'm in with my other profile. Are there times when the state is locked down and not accepting transports?
