How reduce legion repair time?

Each legion has a research tree in the institute. One of the research items in there will be to improve the durability recovery speed. It is called 'Supply Unit' and is about 3/4 of the way down.

The only other way to repair faster is to buy Stamina Potions which will immediately recover a small amount of durability. These need to be bought with real money though.
