Two players who might want to test their Legions strength against each other, or kill off some unneeded troops, might decide to have a battle but without hitting each others bases (no damage, no raided resources). A player can gather on a resource plot other player can then attack.

During SvS KE, do you get CoP points when u attack tiles or gathering troops? Should I not be gathering during KE?
