You only need to cancel if you signed up for the subscription instead of the single payment. If so then you can manage your subscriptions via your app store / play store account. Go to the app store app / website and look in the menu or account options for the 'Subscriptions'. Any recurring payments that you have authorised will be there for you to manage.
