How can I build higher lvl resource tile in world map, what alliance technology should be needed to do it?

It's not the research dude, you need to to expand the castle inside.. There are areas which shows a lock, keep on cicking and if it allows to unlock, unlock it and expand the area.. You can even make a lvl 10 tiles.. Thank you

Unlocking needs speciality point this answer is totally irrelevant, and the question was if there are any options in research technology for leveling up tiles so answer to that is no, because this is a time bound event
