I have a account on this game I did not bind account and the device it is on is now broken. Is there anyway I can retrieve my account?

The only option to try is to go into the settings menu and then 'Account' (from a new game) and try the 'Retrieve lost account' option at the bottom. This will ask you to send your details to the game support who may be able to help you. I do not know how successful this may be. Please let us know if it works for you.
