How to use frontline workshops?

The frontline workshop is part of the Reign of Chaos event. These buildings need to be built next to alliance centers during the event. If your alliance has unlocked and built Alliance center 1 then you can place the frontline workshop around it using stone.

You can also build 3 other building types around AC1, Coalition Base Camp and the Assault and Guardian Fortress. More of these structures can be built around the other Alliance centers if your alliance has built them.

During the event you can occupy plots to gain tainted resources and you then use the frontline workshop to process them into usable resources and also special materials that you use to upgrade the workshop and the other structures. Check in the Reign of chaos event menu to find the honor structures and use them.
