If you have max research, how fast your stamina will recover? 1 stamina every 5 minutes?.

The stamina of your legions will recover over time. You can complete research for each of the 4 legions to increase the speed of recovery. If needed you can also buy 'Stamina Potions' that you can use to recover some stamina immediately. These can be bought with real money.
