How do I know the resource gathering capacity of a Legion?

Go to the legions list (the helmet icon on the left side) to view your available legions. One each one will be the stats the number on the top right of each legion next to a small bag icon is the load capacity.
Some research or parts may mean that you are able to gain extra rss above this limit but in general this will be how much you can gather.

But why we gets small amount than capacity like my legion load is 10 m but I can Larry back only 6-8 m if that city have iron 0 0 REPORT

It's because the 10m is a base number, like you might be able to carry 10 m food but only 5m lumber 2.5m iron and even less gold Add your answer
