Alchemy Stars is a strategic roleplaying game featuring a diverse cast of characters that you can recruit. You might be wondering which units are viable, or perhaps you’ll want to get to know more about the potential of strong units. With different star ratings in the game, one of the best recruits that you can get are 6-Star characters.

There are four main elemental attributes that are available in Alchemy Stars. You can have attributes for Forest, Fire, Thunder, and Water. These have different 6-Star units that you can choose from. In this page, we’ll be checking more about the Forest attribute character named Nikinis.

Here, we’ll be checking out Nikinis’ profile, skills, equipment, and breakthrough bonuses. We hope that this page will help you out learn more about this character in case you will try to get them in your team. Let’s check what’s in store upon acquiring this character.

Secondary AttributeWater

Note: You might notice that the profile describes a secondary attribute. Whenever you recruit an Aurorian for the first time, you’ll be able to view their primary attributes only. The secondary attribute is only acquired once you have obtained the max level of Ascension. Legendary Aurorians come with their max ascension level however. We also didn’t include their Atk, Def, and HP since the values can change over time depending on the game updates.

In Alchemy Stars, Nikinis is a Forest unit with a Converter role. As such, the skills that you’ll be able to obtain will let you change the colors of tiles in order for you to get better paths when attacking. The chain combos of Nikinis lets you deal damage to a number of rows.

Skills

SkillDescription
Active SkillConverts the 4 nearest Red or Yellow tiles to Green (has a chance to generate up to 2 enhanced tiles).
Skill Cooldown2 Preemptive Rounds
Chain Combo (5 tiles)Deals 135% damage to 1 row.
Chain Combo (9 tiles)Deals 140% damage to 3 rows.
Chain Combo (13 tiles)Deals 145% damage to 3 rows.

Nikinis lets you convert tiles of red and yellow color. This is useful if you have tiles near you that can provide you with a new pathway. They can also get enhanced tiles which will provide you with bonuses, and unlike Gabriel, your tiles will be converted to Green instead of a random element.

Being able to chain tiles with Nikinis lets you deal damage to enemies of specific rows. However, their damage isn’t that high compared to other dedicated attackers, but at least the rows can provide you with more control instead of other chain combos that rely on patterns.

Equipment

EquipmentDescription
Equipment SkillGrants Mirror Mark at the start of battle or upon using an Active Skill. While the Mark exists, Nikinis gains 100% increased DEF. The Mark disappears once Nikinis loses HP.

The equipment skill that Nikinis can acquire will let you gain increased defense which is useful for your survival. When paired with a Support, you should be able to help sustain damage longer. Having the combination of increased defense and healing will make the most of this equipment skill since the bonus is 100%.

Also, the cooldown of their active skill isn’t that long, so you should be able to make the most out of the effects their equipment provides. As you increase your equipment levels, you can make Nikinis much more resilient as well.

Breakthrough Bonuses

BreakthroughDescription
Breakthrough 1HP increased by 300.
Breakthrough 2DEF increased by 40.
Breakthrough 3Active Skill Enhancement: If the skill was ready in the last round, increases the tile-converting count by 1 in this round.
Breakthrough 4Increased by 300+5% Basic max HP.
Breakthrough 5Increased by 40+5% Basic DEF.
Breakthrough 6Active Skill Enhancement: Increases tile-converting count by 1.

The bonuses acquired for getting breakthroughs will let Nikinis really shine as a converter. Both enhancements that you get will improve their active skill, and this can let you acquire more tiles. Your tile converting count will increase by 1 and you’ll get another for their final enhancement.

Thanks to the enhancement, you can skip a round without using their active skill since you’ll get increased conversion whenever your skill was ready the previous round. If you need green tiles for battles, then Nikinis is a good addition for your team.

We hope that this page has helped you learn more about Nikinis in Alchemy Stars. We also have other pages regarding the other 6-Star units in this game, so please don’t forget to check them out.
