Which Pokemon can Mega Evolve?

There are Sync-Pairs in the game that come with fully evolved Pokemon already. However, there are some that are capable of Mega Evolution. In the regular Pokemon Games, Mega Evolution is done by activating your Mega Stone and Mega ring, the new form of your Pokemon gives you increased stats, and sometimes type changes.

In Pokemon Masters, Mega Evolution is done by using your Sync Move, this will then grant you with your Mega Evolved for for your Pokemon which gives them increased stats.
