Only specific pairs are capable of evolution. As of the moment, Brendan and Treecko are not in this list, thus they're not capable of evolving.
Changes can be made in future updates however, so there can be a possibility that Treecko will be given the chance to evolve into Grovyle and Sceptile. For now, you can check our Pokemon Evolution list below:
