How do you play the hack part with the blocks?

You have to drag them into place, once you finish a row it clears that row... there's certain objectives that you have to reach that show up when you start the level and in the top right corner while playing that level. For example if you had an orange box that said 20 then you'd have to clear 20 boxes in total
