Parties
The Sims™ Mobile Guide

Added:

With all the work, relationships, and other events that your SIM completes on a daily basis, SIMS still have the opportunity to enjoy their SIM life through parties.

Just like any event, parties offer unique rewards for your SIM. Aside from that, parties also offer your SIM the chance to socialize and meet new people.

Parties can be experienced in two ways:

1. Join someone else’s party

2. Host a weekly party

In the earlier stages of the game, you will only be allowed to Join a Party. Parties are unlocked by reaching (player) Level 6.

How to Join a Party?

1. Tap on the side arrow on the right-hand side of the screen. After this, tap on the Balloon Icon.

2. Then tap on the Find Parties button so the game will reveal all the parties that are available for you to join. You are allowed to attend a maximum of three (3) parties at the same time.

Note: While scanning for the available parties on the list, you may also see if you are considered an ideal attendee and all the possible rewards.

3. Once you have selected the party / parties you wish to attend, just click on the “Attend” button.

4. As soon as you click this, you will brought to the party venue. There you will find several purple Balloon Action Icons.

Energy in Parties

Just like any event or activity, you are given a fixed set of Energy Points to consume. When attending parties you will have a fixed number of 10 Energy Points.

Every action will demand One (1) Energy Point so be sure to strategically select which Action to pursue and/or complete.

Tip: Once you’ve consumed all the Energy Points you have, you may munch on a Cupcake to replenish all the lost Energy.

Progress Bars

With every completed action, two bars will be seen that must be filled: Your Personal progress bar and the Party Progress Bar.

The Group Progress Bar reveals how far have the Group (which includes your SIM and the other party attendees) is in completing events that will help elevate the party to another level. The higher the Party Level, the better the rewards all the attendees are to receive.

Note: Aside from common Party Actions, you may also fulfill actions that are related to your Hobby or Your Career. To select this, you will have to tap on the Puzzle Icon.

Parties will last for 24 hours. Only after the party expires (after 24 hours) can you collect the rewards.

How to Host Your Own Parties

If attending parties are a good way to socialize and earn rewards for your SIM, hosting a party is an even better way.

Hosted parties can be done on a weekly basis only. To start:

1. Tap on the side arrow on the right-hand panel of the screen.

2. Tap on the Balloon Icon

3. Tap on the Host Weekly Party button

Note: You may only host a party when you are in your home.

There will be several types of parties that you may host. These are:

1. Birthday Party

2. Wedding Party

3. Foodie Party

4. Studio Party

5. Concert Party

Note: In the beginning, the only party that you may host is a birthday party. As soon as you level up and attend more parties, the other types of parties will soon become available to you.

Decorating Your Party

Once your party starts, be sure to decorate it with all the appropriate decorations. To do this, click on the Furniture/Build Icon on the right side of the screen. Afterwards, tap on the Balloon Icon to see the available decorations or furniture that are appropriate to the party. All of the decorations are free of charge so it is best to maximize all of the available decorations in your place.

Party Actions

Unlike when attending a party, hosting a party won’t limit you to a fixed amount of 10 Energy Points. Instead you will be working with the usual 30 Energy Points. These Energy Points can be replenished by either eating a Cupcake, answering to nature’s call, taking a shower, taking a nap, or even just leaving the game and returning when all of your Energy points have been replenished.

Just like the when attending a party there will be Party Actions available (represented by the Purple Balloon Icon)

Progress Bar

Similar to the parties that you join, there will be two Progress Bars that will be available. One is your personal Progress Bar, which will show how far you’ve completed Actions and the mere completion of the party. While the other is a Group Progress Bar that will show how you—along with the other attendees—have progressed in completing Party Actions. The more Actions that are completed, the higher the party level will be. And the higher the party level is, the better the rewards for your SIM and all the attendees.

Party Chat

In any party having tons of guests is essential. The same goes for the parties in the SIMs Mobile game. When hosting parties you may send out a loud and witty message to your potential party attendees.

To do this, do the following:

1. Click on the side arrow on the right-hand side of the screen

2. Tap on the Balloon Icon

3. Tap on Hosted Party Chat button

4. Click on New Message

5. Draft the message you’d want to share to all your attendees
