How to Replenish Energy?
The Sims™ Mobile Guide
Aside from Simoleons and SimCash, the one resource that is most precious resource in the game. After all, you won’t be able to continue working on anything without Energy.
With tending to your career, building relationships, enhancing your hobby, and growing a family—not to mention all the special events that are involved—can easily deplete your Energy. During 4th or 5th chapters in any story/event, a full 30 Energy Points may not even be sufficient to tackle a 2nd tier Quick Shift.
When it comes to replenishing Energy, there are four main ways to do it:
1. Eat a Cupcake
This is probably the easiest and fastest way for you to regain all that lost energy. Cupcakes are usually gained by completing your Daily To-Do List or perhaps by patiently watching an ad.
So you’d do well to complete all the tasks listed in your Daily To-Do List.
But in case you’re in dire need and you do not have enough time to complete the list, you may buy five Cupcakes for 75 SimCash.
2. Rest it Out
While it may not be much, resting it out in your home also provides ways to replenish all the lost Energy.
What you can do are:
a. Take a Power Nap (which replenishes 13 Energy Points)
b. Take a Quick Rinse (which replenishes 5 Energy Points)
c. Answer Nature’s Call (which replenishes 3 Energy Points)
d. Take a Bubble Bath (which replenishes 15 Energy Points)
The amount of Energy Points that will be restored will depend on the quality of the toilet bowl, shower area, bed, and bathtub. What’s listed above is the number of Energy Points that can be regained when using the most basic level of those items.
After using all those items above, each one will have a downtime. The length of time will depend on the quality or level of the item that you just used. To check if those items are ready for you to use, tap on your SIM and check if those items are already ready for you (once they are highlighted in Green).
3. Wait for Your Energy to Replenish on its Own
When you have much to do and consumed all your Energy Points but yet do not have the enough resources to purchase a Cupcake then just temporarily quit the game and then come back after around 30 minutes.
The usual refresh rate of one Energy Point is around 3 minutes.
Tip: One important to tip to maximize every use of an Energy Point, wait until your SIM is confident enough to try a Risky Action. Once you see this declaration of confidence:
Go for the risky action to get the most the career or event points once successful. If you remember a successful risky action will award you 65 Points while a failed Risky Action will only award you 15 Points.
4. Purchase High-Quality Furniture
As in real-life, every available good quality decoration and/or furniture that is placed in the home may help put the homeowner in a good mood and/or lift his/her spirits.
In the SIMS Mobile, the same can be said since putting high-quality furniture and/or decorations can help you recharge your Energy faster when staying in the room in which these high-quality (usually a two or three star rating) furniture is placed.
These are a few examples of high-quality furniture or decorations (refer to the images below).
