Alliance members are asking for 35 helps, 20 helps and so on. What does that mean and how do I do it?

When you help someone in your alliance (speed-up helps) you earn alliance coins and it can also complete event quests in the showdown event.

Your members want to help you so you need to start an activity that they can help you speed up, these are building, research and healing.

The easiest thing to do is healing, if you have wounded. Go to the infirmary and select a small number of wounded to heal. (1 to 10 etc). Then heal and ask for help. They can then immediately help you and the healing will finish, repeat this as many times as they need the helps for.
