Nanoweapons Guide
Puzzles & Survival Guide
Nanoweapons are a relatively recent addition to Puzzles & Survival. Added as a new item for you to craft and to give you additional buffs to your heroes skills.
For details of which weapons are suited to each hero check the Heroes & Nanoweapons List.
They are crafted in the Gear Factory building once it reached level 20 and will require you to keep producing nanoweapon materials to make them. As well as producing the materials in the Gear Factory you will also be able to earn them as rewards from some events and of course buy them in the Mall.
Weapons are crafted at different rarity levels with the rare, Epic and Apex weapons being very hard to come by but offering much better stats. There are 2 ways to craft weapons. The normal craft will give you a random weapon with very (VERY) low chances of if being of a high level weapon. The Exclusive craft option will let you use a blueprint for a specific weapon and offers a higher chance of getting a good quality result. The blue prints themselves come in different rarity levels and are either awarded from certain events or can be bought in the Auction house for diamonds.
Rarity | Normal Craft | Exclusive Craft |
---|---|---|
Common (Green) | 63.9% | 49% |
Uncommon (Blue) | 25% | 30% |
Rare (Purple) | 10% | 15% |
Epic (Yellow) | 1% | 4.5% |
Apex (Red) | 0.1% | 1.5% |
Exclusive craft probabilities will be improved depending on the blueprint that you use.
Upgrading Weapons
Weapons that you craft will have base stats that they offer but similar to the gear, chips and other buff items in the game they can be improved through 2 means.
Items will have a star level which can be Promoted. You will need to earn Promotion materials for this.
Items also have an Enhance level. Enhancing can be done with Weapon enhance materials or using unneeded low level weapons that are dismantled into materials and 'scrap'.
Scrap that you get from dismantling weapons can also be used in the Nanoweapon Shop (Tap the small chest icon at the top of the Nano weapon Depot). You can buy weapon promoters and other items or if you can save up enough you can also get higher level blueprints.
