When doing alliance tech help what are the 4 types of coins you receive?

The four items you get credit for in the alliance donations are:
Research EXP / Blue circle with star: Points towards the research of the item you are donating to. When it's full it can be researched. These can get maxed out.
Alliance Coins: You get these and can then spend them in the alliance shop.
Alliance Honor: The alliance leaders use these points to restock the alliance shop.
Alliance EXP: This adds to the alliance level. This will max out when the alliance reaches level 10.
