How can I move the alliance infirmary?

How can I move the alliance infirmary? It isn't even built yet. I pressed "place" but then it looks more off centered than it did before I pressed that lol. I'm the alliance leader so can I move it? Also is there a way to ask other alliances to be allies?
If the infirmary building is on the map you should be able to tap on it and select 'Wounded'. Then in the information screen you should see a Hammer icon. Tap this to demolish the building. Then you can place it again somewhere else.
To contact other aliances you can just send messages to the alliance leader or officers. Tap on any player from the other alliance and then on their 'Player info'. Then you can tap on the 'Alliance' icon at the bottom to see details of the alliance and the name of the leader. There will be a 'Letter to Leader' option here to send them a PM.
