Counter Side Ship Service

Counter:Side is a side-scroller, hero collector title that features an engaging story, smooth combat system, wonderful art, and interesting characters. Ships play a vital role in combat. Not only do they act as your squads’ transport, but they also provide support in combat thanks to their passive and active skills. In our Counter Side Ship Service guide, we will discuss how you can maintain and improve your ships to further improve your squad’s combat potential.

Ship Service is the service offered at your Hangar to increase the ship’s level by using Ship Upgrade Materials and credits. After reaching max level, you can further Remodel the ship to increase its level cap (similar to units’ Limit Break function). By remodeling a ship, its stats further increase, making it sturdier and tougher. Its skills are also upgraded, and may even unlock new skills. Furthermore, remodeled ships will be able to provide more Deployment Resources at the start of the battle, allowing you to deploy more or higher cost units at the start of battle.

It is recommended to keep your ships upgraded and remodeled. But since maintaining several ships can be costly, focus on your first two ships at least to help you clear content as you farm for more materials for your other ships or better ships. Don’t get too crazy upgrading your ships; they may be helpful but don’t neglect your units since a strong squad can make a difference, even with a basic ship.

Ship Service will require credits and upgrade materials. Be careful though since some upgrade materials required are also the same materials needed for Ship Construction. You can just tap and hold the material to display a tooltip describing the material and where you can get it. Here are some of the common sources where you can get various ship components:

* Complete World Dispatch Missions

* Reward from successful Dives

* Sold at Dive Shops (Exchange Center). Imaginary Core is the currency used for that shop. You have to make successful dives to earn more ICs.

* Exchange at Event Shops using event-exclusive (and limited) currency

* Purchase directly using quartz via Quartz Shop (Exchange Center)

* Supply Operations: 02 - Investigation Activities - Ship Material (1-2), Prime Ship Material (1-6)

* Supply Operations: 05 - Covert Ops - Loot [Ship Component] (1-2, 1-5)
