In chapter 6, I have completed the leverage institute. It turned off the light but it was not at the door so I could continue playing?

In chapter 6 there are 2 rooms with puzzles to complete at the start that both turn lights off and need to be completed to move on. One with dials on the floor and one in the room with a pillar.
