Ship Parts Guide

As you build and upgrade your ships in Sea of Conquest there is an important extra feature to make use of to get some very useful extra strength and perks for your fleet. Ship parts are 4 additional items that you can place on each of your ships.

Types of Parts

There are 4 types of ship part. You can place 1 of each part on each of your ships.

  • Cannon
  • Figurehead
  • Helm
  • Sail

Each part can be one of 8 sets. This is important to recognise as there are bonuses from using parts of the same set, although it is not required. The sets are

  • Blade o' Freedom
  • Sovereign o' the Sea
  • Requiescence o' Black
  • Queen o' Revenge
  • Banquet o' the Reaper
  • Crown o' Searing
  • Rupturer o' the Abyss
  • Shelter o' Yamata

Parts rarity and levels

Parts can be of different rarities from Legendary (Orange) down to grey starter parts. The higher rarity parts will have better bonuses to them.

Parts can also come with levels or either 1, 12, 18 or 25. You will only be able to equip a level 12 part once a ship reaches level 12, a level 18 parts when the ship is level 18 and level 25 parts when your ships are level 25.

Part Bonuses

When a part is collected it will have a number of random attributes. e.g.: Bonuses to Armor, Impact, Attack, HP, DMG reduction, etc. These effects can then be improved by enhancing.

Some parts will have bonuses visible and unlocked when you get them, while other will have the bonuses added randomly when the part is enhanced up to levels 5, 10 and 15.

There are also additional bonuses for applying either 2 pieces of each set or 4 pieces of each set to the same ship. Where will apply different damage or stat affects depending on the set.

Ship Parts Damage Types

The bonuses for having 4 of the same part on a ship are very useful so you should work towards this goal. You should also try to match the part set to the ship where your ship has a specific talent / buss already. If the Ship specializes in a blazing damage then adding ship parts that increase this further will make for a stronger attack. Alternatively you can use a defensive set such as Sovereign o' the Sea to let you last longer in combat.

Set Effects
Blade o' Freedom Impact and Attack Buffs
Sovereign o' the Sea Armor and HP Buffs
Requiescence o' Black Cutthroat Damage
Queen o' Revenge Artillery Damage
Banquet o' the Reaper Strategic Damage
Burning Crown Blazing (Burning) Damage
Rupturer o' the Abyss Drowning Damage (Taking on water)
Shelter o' Yamata HP and Reinforcement Buff

Getting Ship Parts

Rewards from killing sea monsters. Higher level monsters will give greater chances of higher level Parts.

Rewards from some events.

Can purchase Parts Chests in various markets that will let you select a Legendary part.

Enhancing Ship Parts

Enhancing the parts will increase the stats on them to give you stronger boosts. There are 2 ways to enhance them:

  • The main currency for enhancing parts is Starlight Shards, you can collect these from many rewards in the game.
  • You can also use other parts that you no longer need as currency for enhancing.

We suggest that you should enhance parts as you equip them. This will immediately make you stronger.

If you then wish to swap out the part for one of a better quality or fit you can use the previous part to enhance the new one for a quick boost to its stats. Or you may want to keep the previous part to place it on another of your ships.
